Scholarships for Students
Each year through the generosity of donors, 650+ scholarships valued at more than $850,000 are available to DACC students. Scholarships are administered by the DACC Foundation through the financial support of donors. These scholarships are based on the financial need of students and other criteria established by the donors.
Scholarship Information
- Scholarships are available for full and part-time students in various areas of study.
- Although some restrictions may apply, scholarship dollars can be used for tuition, fees, and course related books.
- DACC Foundation does offer transfer scholarship if you attend DACC the previous academic year before graduating or transferring.
How to apply
Applications are available the first week in January and due May 1st. The on-line application is available at https://dacc.edu/scholarships. Students must first complete the DACC New Student Information Form to receive their DACC User ID and password before starting the DACC Scholarship Application process. The DACC New Student Information Form can be found at https://dacc.edu/applicationstudent-information-form.
Selection
The DACC Foundation Scholarship Reading Committee selects recipients based on a ranking process. This committee is comprised of 50-60 members of the surrounding communities and friends of the Foundation. Award notifications are sent out via DACC email at the end of June.

Honors Program for Scholarship Recipients
DACC and the DACC Foundation honor all scholarship recipients and donors at the annual Honors Program held in September. This program brings together donors and their recipients in a meet & greet atmosphere.
