CSCI 254 Applied AI in the Cloud

This course teaches students how to deploy, scale, and operationalize AI systems using cloud platforms. Students work with Vertex AI, cloud-based ML services, generative AI APIs, vector databases, and model monitoring tools. The focus is on making AI models production-ready and understanding real-world deployment patterns.
