Release of Information About Students

DACC maintains compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 (Public Law 93-380). The law provides students with access to official records directly related to the them. It also provides students with the opportunity to challenge such records on the grounds that they are inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate. Students who wish to review their official college records should contact the Admissions & Records Office in Vermilion Hall.
