Office Assistant, Certificate

The Office Assistant Certificate prepares students for professional administrative roles in today’s technology‐driven business environments. This program builds strong competencies in customer service, business communication, digital tools, and modern office technology. Students gain hands‐on experience creating business documents, managing information, and using computer applications to support organizational operations. Graduates will be well‐equipped for employment in office support positions across a wide range of industries, or to continue into more advanced business programs.
