BARB 100 Introduction to Barbering
This introductory course into barbering gives students basic knowledge prior to any work with tools. Study includes the history of barbering and life skills required for the career as well as the professional image a barber must upheld. All necessary tools, implements, and equipment will be covered and demonstrated. Additional areas of study include: infection control, general anatomy and physiology, basics of chemistry and electricity.
