DRAF 240 Adv 3D Mechanical Drafting
This course will further explore 3D modeling software to create parts and assemblies for mechanical engineering products. Upon completion, students will be able to model complex geometries and insert parts into assemblies. Motion capture and stress analysis will be utilized to communicate design intent and feasibility. The computer models can also be used by manufacturing equipment such as machining centers, lathes, mills, or rapid prototyping machines to manufacture the product.
