EDUC 220 Day Care Administration
This course is designed to develop skills in administration and supervision for students who desire to work in early childhood education centers. Included will be topics such as program planning, selection and use of staff, the role of the administrator and supervisor, administrative tasks, in-service training for staff improvement and community resources for supplementing the center's services. Emphasis will be placed upon social problems, their causes, and ways of alleviating, preventing, or handling them. (6 hours observation required.)
