SLPA 106 Language Disorders Across the Lifespan
This course provides a brief review of typical language development milestones. There will be an overview on the etiologies and characteristics of language disorders. This course will review differences and similarities of congenital vs. acquired language disorders across the lifespan. This class will explore the importance of prevention as it relates to language disorders and advocacy for celebration for cultural and lingual differences.
