Need help with computers, the DACC network, DACC User IDs and passwords, student email account, Blackboard,  myDACC, or with Self Service (the online student records and account tool)?  Email our online Help Desk at helpdesk@dacc.edu and expect a response within 24 hours! If immediate assistance is required, please use one of the departmental phone numbers provided during regular business hours. On the weekend or during a holiday, we will respond to your request promptly on Monday morning or the day following the holiday.
