This worksheet is designed to facilitate the student in planning a program which will meet requirements at DACC. Although it is the responsibility of the student to know and to observe the requirements of his/her curriculum, it is strongly recommended that the student meet with a counselor/advisor in planning a course of study. A well-planned program should concurrently meet DACC degree requirements, as well as successfully transfer to fulfill curriculum requirements at a senior institution.
For transfer degrees, the student’s total program must contain a minimum of sixty (60) semester hours of academic work with a cumulative grade point average of not less than 2.0. Candidates for the following degrees must present an organized program of study that meets the General Education requirements below.
Degrees
- AS - Associate in Science
- AA - Associate in Arts
- AES - Degree or the Associate in Engineering Science
- AFA - Associate in Fine Arts in Art
- AFAE - Associate in Fine Arts in Art Education
Certificate
- GECC - General Education Core Curriculum Certificate (GECC) completes the state general education requirements.

Note: A non-western class is recommended from either the Humanities or Social Science categories. Courses in bold meet the Human Relations content requirement.
