BMGT 103 Customer Service

The study of customer service includes understanding satisfaction and engagement, as well as developing appropriate skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to win customer loyalty. Key business concepts include: awareness of challenges, and opportunities in customer relations; ability to lead, expand, and empower the service process utilizing customer service strategies to exceed expectations and create customer loyalty; importance of the relationship between customer and the organization related to organizational goals; and skills for professional success.
