PEMW 135 Fitness Center I

The purpose of this course is to help students develop a personal fitness and exercise program consistent with a healthy lifestyle. The course is taught in the Fitness Center and utilizes treadmills, stair machines, recumbent bikes, a series of resistance exercise stations and stationary exercise bikes. Instructions are provided.
