Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office is located on the first floor in the west wing of Vermilion Hall. This office is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30pm except during the summer when the campus is closed on Fridays. See below for services offered and payment deadlines.

Billing

Bill Statements will NOT be mailed to students. Students MUST access their student records to view their bills through myDACC/Student Self Service portal. Student bill payments can be made at the Cashier's Office with cash, check, MasterCard, VISA and Discover(service fees apply for credit card payments). An after-hours payment drop box is located outside this office. Tuition and fees can also be paid online through the myDACC/Student Self Service portal: https://colss-prod.ec.dacc.edu/Student/Finance/AccountSummary.

Payment Due Dates

Payment is generally due the Friday before the class starts. Many of the Corporate & Community Education classes, camps, and workshops are pay as you register.

Payment Plan

To help meet your educational expenses, Danville Area Community College is pleased to offer the services of Nelnet Business Solutions. Bus Passes

Passes for Danville Mass Transit can be obtained from this office. Students must first obtain a bus sticker for the current semester from the Registrar's Office before they can purchase a pass.
