NURS 120 Health Occupations I
The initial 45 hours of a 99-hour program meets the fall semester and is designed to prepare students to provide basic health care in health care facilities such as hospitals and nursing homes. Instruction will include understanding healthcare settings, the healthcare team, legal and ethical issues, human growth and development, the aging process, common acute and chronic conditions, and Alzheimer's disease.
