Student Code of Conduct Authority
The Provost/Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs is responsible for implementing the Student Code of Conduct.
The Provost/Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs, along with the Threat Assessment Team, shall develop procedures for the administration of the Student Code of Conduct system.
Decisions made by a Student Conduct Hearing Committee and/or the Conduct Officer shall be final, pending the normal appeal process.
